Life

After attending the military school (Sainik School) in Purulia , Raha, son of a doctor, began training as an officer in the Air Force of India in 1970 at the National Defense Academy ( NDA ) in Khadakwasla near Pune , graduating in 1973 with the President's gold medal the NDA.
