Association des anciens amateurs de récits de guerre et d'holocauste ( AAARGH ), German: "Association of longtime lovers of war and Holocaust stories", is a group founded in 1996, the texts of internationally known, mainly French and German Holocaust deniers Distributed in several languages free of charge on the Internet and tries to present historical revisionism seriously and harmlessly. Because of the misuse of texts by internationally recognized historians, the AAARGH website has already been officially closed several times. Until November 2000, the Swede Ahmed Rami took care of the new web hosting . He aims to unite Islamic fundamentalism with European and American historical revisionism. The historian Juliane Wetzel states that the connection to Rami makes clear "the strange affinity of some right-wing extremist groups to Islamic fundamentalism", which finds "their commonality in anti-Semitism / anti-Zionism ". The website has been hosted by Siegfried Verbeke's Belgian organization Vrij Historisch Onderzoek (VHO) since March 2001, and the German right-wing extremist Holocaust denier and neo-Nazi Germar Rudolf is responsible for its internet design .
On June 13, 2005, the Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris condemned several large French Internet providers to block their customers from accessing the AAARGH websites on French territory.
