Augustine Danglmayr
Augustine Danglmayr (born December 11, 1898 in Muenster , Texas , USA ; † September 18, 1992 ) was auxiliary bishop in Dallas .
Life
Augustine Danglmayr received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Dallas on June 10, 1922 .
On April 24, 1942, Pope Pius XII appointed him . the titular bishop of Olba and auxiliary bishop in Dallas. The Apostolic Delegate in the United States, Archbishop Amleto Giovanni Cicognani , ordained him episcopal on October 7 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Dallas, Joseph Patrick Lynch , and the auxiliary bishop of Chicago , William David O'Brien .
Augustine Danglmayr resigned as auxiliary bishop in Dallas on August 22, 1969.
