history
Autobus Sippel, founded in 1928 as Karl Sippel Autobus- und Reiseunternehmen, was sold to the English group Arriva in 2005 . In 2006 it was also possible to acquire an eighty percent stake in the Brandenburg Neisse traffic. Arriva Germany was sold to the Italian Netinera Group in 2010.
