Autoceļš A13 is a "State Main Road" ( lett . Valsts galvenie A utoceļi ) belonging to Latvia's state roads . Coming from Medumi in the direction of Lithuania , it leads to Kārsava and then on to the border with Russia , where it turns into the Russian road A116 . The A13 is part of the European route 262 .
