Autretot is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Les Hauts-de-Caux with 667 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Seine-Maritime department in the region of Normandy . The inhabitants are called Autretotais .
On January 1, 2019, the Autretot municipality merged with Veauville-lès-Baons to form the Commune nouvelle Les Hauts-de-Caux. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Autretot belonged to the arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Yvetot . She was a member of the Région d'Yvetot municipal association .

Autretot is about 35 kilometers northwest of Rouen in the Pays de Caux countryside .
