Axel Schlote

Axel Schlote (born October 12, 1968 in Osnabrück ) is a German author and philosopher .

Life

Axel Schlote grew up in Osnabrück. From 1988 to 1993 he studied social sciences with a focus on sociology at the University of Osnabrück . In 1996 he became a Dr. phil. PhD. Schlote then completed an editorial traineeship at Südwestfunk in Baden-Baden . From 1998 to 2001 he was a speechwriter at the Federal Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs in Bonn and Berlin . He then worked until 2010 as a press officer and editor for a federal authority in Wilhelmshaven . Axel Schlote is married.

In addition to his professional activity, Axel Schlote has published various books and articles. The focus was initially on the critical treatment of the subject of time and the use of the German language. Later he devoted himself to philosophical questions about the understanding of the world and man, in particular by examining the philosophy of Arthur Schopenhauer .
