The mayor's office in Farschweiler in the district of Trier in the administrative district of Trier in the Prussian Rhine province was a mayor's office with 5 villages, 6 forest hut settlements, 8 mills, 273 fireplaces and 1,732 inhabitants (as of 1828).
These included the places Farschweiler , Thomm , Osburg (with the forest huts Alt- and Neuweiher, Neuwies, Ederes, Misselbach and Pfeifferskrach), Lorscheid and Herl .
At the end of the 1920s, the offices emerged from the mayor's offices . In 1931, the Farschweiler office with its seat in notification had 2891 inhabitants and an area of 51.09 square kilometers. The mayor's name was Johanny , and the council had twelve seats. There was a personal union with the offices of Beuren and Heidenburg .
1934 was the out of office Farschweiler with parts Office deer-Schöndorf and the Official Ruwer the Official Waldrach in Ruwer formed.
