The Büschengraben is a water ditch created in the lower reaches for mining purposes , in the upper reaches it is possibly a natural stream. It is dammed by the Gräfingründer pond and a nameless pond before it flows into the Upper Kiliansteich . The bush trench flows completely into the Straßberger district.
description
The Büschengraben rises almost 490 meters above sea level, about 1600 meters southeast of Untermühle (district of Breitenstein ). The stream flows gently meandering through the forest, only to be dammed in the Gräfingründer pond after a length of only 660 meters at a height of about 475 meters.
The brook leaves the pond at a height of about 470 meters and flows only slightly meandering in a south-south-east direction, initially through a wetland . After only around 530 meters of the stream, the Büschengraben is dammed again at around 460 meters. The moat from the Möllerteich and another tributary also flow into this reservoir . The Büschengraben is the northernmost tributary of the reservoir. The bottom outlet of this reservoir is at a height of approx. 460 m. From here on the Büschengraben flows 320 meters, hardly meandering almost directly to the east. After a northerly arch, the ditch flows further east- southeast .
After another 310 meters, on the Spitzer Fürth , the Büschengraben has an unnamed left tributary, which is formed from two arms of the spring and another left tributary - just before it crosses a path on the Spitzer Fürth and flows into the Büschengraben. This passes under a hiking trail immediately afterwards , before it is first dammed in the upper Kiliansteich and then in the Kiliansteich .
From the bottom outlet of the Kiliansteich, the Büschengraben flows about 200 m, then a ditch branches off, which opens below the Frankenteich , where water is supplied to Stollgraben and Rödelbach . The Büschengraben flows on until it, it in two arms, it flows into the Rödelbach on the left just before the Maliniusteich .
