The Bach von der Dickhecke is an almost two kilometer long right and southeast tributary of the Osterbach .

The stream from the Dickhecke rises in the Odenwald in the Dickhecke , a small mixed forest east of Fürth- Weschnitz below the Wegscheide .

It initially flows in a northerly direction through the forest area. After leaving the forest, it changes direction and now flows through a green landscape to the northwest. At Reichelsheim - Ober-Easter it finally flows into the Osterbach east of Ostertalstrasse .
