history

The railway line is an important railway line in the south of the Netherlands. The route is about 23 kilometers. The section between Roosendaal and Etten-Leur was opened by the Société Anonyme des chemins de fer d'Anvers à Rotterdam (AR) in 1854 , and from May 1855 it was able to start operations on the entire route. The railway line is one of the shortest in the Netherlands and has only three stations.
