Architecture and history
The half-timbered house was built around 1700. The house is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. Presumably, the building originally formed a unit with the neighboring house at Ballstrasse 28. The compartments of the framework are provided with decorative brickwork. The framework has a stand rhythm and parapet stands.
At the end of the 20th century the house was renovated and changes were made to the windows and gate. The windows were later renewed again in a way that is more appropriate to the monument.
