Building description
The building complex consists of the church and a residential building , which are arranged at right angles to each other and connected by a low wing . The shape of the roof of the church resembles a butterfly roof . A gable roof slopes down from the facade in the east towards the west wall. It meets a monopitch roof , which slopes sharply from west to east , on which a gable roof in the width of a risalite , which is located on the west side, is placed. The walls between the supporting structure of the reinforced concrete skeleton structure have large clear glazed windows, the risalit has a colored glazed window. The non-glazed parts are clad on the outside with light gray granite slabs. The church interior is octagonal in plan and rises like an amphitheater . The galleries are also laid out like terraces . Both stairs and an elevator system lead to them . The baptismal font for the baptism of adults is located in the area of the risalite and is laterally limited by the organ prospectuses. In the basement there are communal and meeting rooms. The slim campanile , also clad with granite, has a square floor plan. It has a cross-shaped opening on top of each of the four walls, which is illuminated from the inside when it is dark.
