Before the last matchday of the 2011/12 season, he was, provided with a professional contract, added to the professional squad by coach Sait Karafırtınalar . He made his professional debut on May 13, 2012 at the second division match against Kasımpaşa Istanbul . At the end of the season he was able to reach the runner-up in the TFF A2 Ligi with the reserve team Bucaspors .

In the summer of 2013 it was only announced that he had moved to the first division club Kasımpaşa Istanbul for a transfer fee of one million Turkish lira . This change did not come about in the last instance and so İşçiler remained employed at Bucaspor.
