Beauvilliers is a village and a former French municipality with 61 inhabitants (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Loir-et-Cher in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belonged to the arrondissement of Blois and was part of the canton of La Beauce (until 2015: canton of Marchenoir ).

With effect from January 1, 2017, Beauvilliers merged with the former municipalities of Baigneaux , Oucques and Sainte-Gemmes to form the Commune nouvelle Oucques la Nouvelle and since then has had the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality .

Neighboring towns are Lignières in the northwest, Vievy-le-Rayé in the northeast, Oucques in the east, Épiais in the south and La Chapelle-Enchérie in the west.
