The Beerbach is a one kilometer long left and northwest tributary of the Mergbach .

The Beerbach rises at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level. NHN in the Odenwald in two spring branches in a mixed forest west of Reichelsheim . It initially flows in a south-easterly direction through the forest. After the spring branches have united, it changes to a meadow landscape. A little later it is fed by another tributary and finally flows out at an altitude of about 228 m above sea level. NHN on the western edge of Reichelsheim from the left into the Mergbach .
Its 1.1 km long run ends about 72 meters below its source, so it has an average bottom gradient of about 65 ‰.
Area of influence
The area of influence of the Beerbach lies in the Vorderer Odenwald and is drained to the North Sea via the Mergbach, Gersprenz , Main and Rhine .
It borders
- in the north and northeast to that of the Mergbach tributary Eberbach
- and in the west to that of the Laudenauer Bach , a tributary of the Mergbach.
The area of influence in the area of the upper reaches is forested and otherwise arable land dominates.
