Ossuary in Goulven
Gable decoration

The ossuary in Goulven , a French commune in the Finistère department in Brittany , was built in 1709. In 1946 the ossuary next to the church of St-Goulven was included in the list of architectural monuments in France as part of the enclosed parish as Monument historique .

The building made of local granite has an unadorned portal and rectangular windows on the south side. The gable roof is covered with slate and the gables are decorated with mythical creatures.

In 1880, relics of St. Goulven were found in the crypt of the ossuary .
