Belinda Peregrín Schull (* 15. August 1989 in Madrid , Spain ) is a Mexican pop-rock - singer and actress.

biography

After she was born in Madrid, she moved to Mexico when she was four. Her ancestry is Spanish and French. Her parents are Ignacio Peregrín and Belinda Schüll. She made her first appearance on television as the main character in the children's series Amigos por siempre . She got the role by beating 5,000 other applicants in a casting in Mexico . Later she had roles in other Spanish series, for her participation in the musical implementation of the Procedurale there she won a Latin Grammy for the best Latin children's album .
Her first album Belinda brought her international success. In 2006 she starred in the movie Cheetah Girls 2 .
Her second album Utopia was released in Spain in October 2006. The follow-up album is entitled Utopía² and has been available in Europe since September 25, 2007 from EMI International .
