The Bemm River is a river in eastern Gippsland in the east of the Australian state of Victoria .

The river is created by the confluence of the Errinundra River and Combienbar River and flows into the Bass Strait at the small town of Bemm River via Sydenham Inlet . The Cape Conran Coastal Park lies in its estuary .

There are several public parks in the Bemm River catchment area, such as Cape Conran Coastal Park, Lind National Park and Errinundra National Park . In these parks you will find important ecosystems, for example cold and warm temperate rainforest , old moist eucalyptus forests , heathland on the coast and salicine banksia forests .

The Bemm River catchment area is administered by the East Gippsland Catchment Management Authority .
