Bence Bánszki (born October 12, 1993 ) is a Hungarian biathlete and cross-country skier .

Bence Bánszki starts for Honvéd Zalka . His first international championship was the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2010 in Duszniki-Zdrój , where he was 49th in the sprint. This was followed by the Biathlon Junior World Championships 2011 in Nové Město na Moravě , in which Bánszki reached an 84th place in individual as the best placement. In 2012 , an 82nd place in the sprint was the best result in Kontiolahti , in 2013 in Obertilliach an 87th place in the individual and in 2014 in Presque Isle 52nd in the individual. He was also 57th in the sprint and pursuit. At the junior races of the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2011 in Martell , the Hungarian was 28th in the sprint, 26th in the pursuit and sixth in the relay. In the junior races of the Biathlon European Championships 2014 in Nové Město na Moravě, Bánszki reached 68th place in both the individual and the sprint.

Bánszki contested his first men's race in the performance area in 2009 in Obertilliach in the IBU Cup and finished 154th in a sprint. It was not until 2013 that he was able to achieve double-digit placements in Osrblie with ranks 91 in the individual and 90 in the sprint. The best performance in the racing series so far is a 67th place in a sprint race, which he finished in 2014 . The first international men 's championship was the 2015 European Biathlon Championships in Otepää . Bánszki was 99th in the sprint and 97th in the individual.

Bánszki has competed sporadically in cross-country skiing since 2011. He had his first noteworthy assignment at the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2011 in Liberec , where he came in 87th place over 7.5 km freestyle. This was followed by several appearances in the Slavic Cup in 2012 , and several races in the Alpine Cup in 2014 , each without achieving any results worth mentioning. The highlight of his career in cross-country skiing was his participation in the Nordic World Ski Championships 2015 in Falun , where he failed as 102nd in qualifying for the finals in the classic sprint.
