Bennet Meyer

Bennet Meyer (* 2003 ) is a German child actor .

Life

Meyer stood in front of the camera for the first time at the age of five; For the KiKA series Schloss Einstein actors were wanted and Meyer got a role. Since 2011 he can be seen regularly in film and television productions. He had u. a. Episodic roles in the television series In allerfreund , SOKO Stuttgart and Heiter bis födlich: Ex-files .

In the television film Was Real Counts , which first aired in December 2011 , a crossover of the series In allerfreund and Veterinarian Dr. Mertens , he played Tim Weller, a boy who was seriously traumatized after an accident in which he lost his father. In 2014 he was seen in the ARD series Ein Fall von Liebe in an episode lead role alongside Francis Fulton-Smith and Stephan Möller-Titel ; he played Moritz Buchholz, a boy who is almost obsessively looking for his father. In March 2015 Meyer was also seen in an episode role in the ZDF crime series SOKO Stuttgart ; this time he played Jakob Schöttle, the son of a single father, whom the murdered neighbor always looked after lovingly during the father's absence.

In the movie Die wilden Kerle - The legend lives! by Joachim Masannek from 2016, he embodies the 11-year-old Finn, one of the new " wild guys ", and thus one of the six main children's roles in the film. In November 2017 Meyer was seen in a supporting role in the ZDF television series Rosamunde Pilcher ; he played Johnny Pescoe, the son of an alcoholic scallop fisherman who was killed in a storm.

He currently lives (as of autumn 2017) in Erfurt , where he also goes to school. His sporting hobbies are soccer and skiing . He is interested in Greek mythology .
