The Berggächtle is a 2007  m high Grasberg summit in the ridge that branches off to the northeast at Laufbacher Eck . It is located southwest of the gable . The botany of the Berggächtle is similar to that of Höfats or Schneck .

Notch height and dominance

The notch height of the Berggächte is at least 67 meters, its dominance 700 meters, whereby the Laufbacher Eck is the reference mountain in each case.

Ascent

There is no marked path leading to the Berggächtle. It can be reached without a path from the Feldalpe . This climb requires a head for heights and surefootedness. The further route over the ridge towards Salober and Laufbacher Eck is occasionally carried out by experienced mountaineers (difficulty: III ).

  1. Exact value not known, stated value is a minimum value (can be up to 19 meters higher). It was determined from the distance between the contour lines (20 meters in altitude ) on a topographic map ( scale 1: 25,000).
