Bergstetten is a church village and part of the market Kaisheim in the district of Donau-Ries in the administrative district of Swabia ( Bavaria ).

Holy Trinity Church, Bergstetten

Bergstetten is one of the border towns of the Alemannic dialect area to Bavarian .

The municipality of Sulzdorf with its then Bergstetten district was an independent municipality in the Donauwörth district and was incorporated into the Kaisheim district on July 1, 1971 as part of the regional reform in Bavaria and added to the Donau-Ries district on July 1, 1972 with Kaisheim. Bergstetten is now a separate district.

The Catholic branch church Heiligste Dreifaltigkeit (Holy Trinity) in Bergstetten belongs to the parish of Sankt Ulrich in Buchdorf .

Bundesstraße 2 runs on the eastern edge of the village .
