Bernard Cyril O'Grady

Bernard Cyril O'Grady OP (born August 24, 1931 in Adelaide ) is former bishop of Gizo .

Life

Bernard Cyril O'Grady joined the religious order of the Dominicans at and received on 1 December 1956, the priestly ordination . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Gizo on February 3, 1995 .

The episcopal ordination donated him the emeritus Bishop of Gizo, Eusebius John Crawford OP, on May 19 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Adrian Thomas Smith SM , Archbishop of Honiara , and Ramiro Moliner Inglés , Apostolic Nuncio in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands .

On June 5, 2007, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related retirement.
