Berndt-Otto Viktor Olof R. Rehbinder (born May 1, 1918 in Karlskrona , † December 12, 1974 in Boden ) was a Swedish fencer .
successes
Berndt-Otto Rehbinder was vice world champion with the team in Luxembourg in 1954 . In 1950 in Monte Carlo , 1951 in Stockholm and 1961 in Turin , he also won the bronze medal with her. He took part in the Olympic Games three times : at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki he reached the final round with the Swedish team, which ended in second place behind Italy . Together with Per Carleson , Carl Forssell , Bengt Ljungquist , Lennart Magnusson and Sven Fahlman , Rehbinder received the silver medal. In 1956 he was eliminated in Melbourne both individually and with the team in the preliminary round, four years later he did not get beyond the semi-finals in Rome in the individual. In the team competition, he was fifth.
