Bernhard Bütler

Bernhard Bütler (born November 22, 1955 in Sargans ; † May 28, 2018 , authorized to reside in Schongau ) was a Swiss professional officer ( brigadier ).

Life

Bütler completed an apprenticeship as a structural draftsman and then trained as a construction manager and construction technician. He then worked for seven years as a site manager and head of the structural engineering department of a large construction company.

In 1989 he joined the corps of instruction officers and held various functions in the Swiss Army . From 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2016 he was commander of the Command Support Brigade 41 and Deputy Chief of the Command Support .

Bernhard Bütler was married and lived in Wartau .
