Bernhard Presting

Bernhard Presting (born August 13, 1831 Rößel , East Prussia ; † June 2, 1908 in Köslin , Pomerania ) was a German religious educator.

Life

Presting attended high school in Rastenburg . After graduating from high school, he studied Protestant theology at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In 1850 he joined the Corps of Silberlitthauer . In the summer semester of 1873 he became a corps bow bearer at Masovia . He entered the school service of the province of East Prussia and became the seminar director of the preparatory institute in Lötzen . From there he came to Köslin as a school councilor . He was a member of the Association for Customers of Masuria . As a pensioner he died at the age of 77.
