BernsteinTicket

The BernsteinTicket is a ticket that entitles you to use the buses and trains of the local transport companies involved in the Vorpommern-Rügen district .

The day ticket is valid on the solution day until 3:00 a.m. on the next day.

Participating companies

The ticket is offered by the following transport companies:

• DB Regio AG ( Deutsche Bahn ), Regio Nordost
• Verkehrsgesellschaft Vorpommern-Rügen mbH (VVR)
• Pressnitz Valley Railway
• ODEG, East German Railway GmbH

Former transport companies were:

• Baltic Sea Transport (OLA)
• Rügener Personennahverkehrs GmbH (RPNV)
• Local traffic Stralsund (SWS Nahverkehr GmbH) (now VVR)
• Verkehrsgemeinschaft Nordvorpommern (VGN) (now VVR)
• Usedomer Bäderbahn GmbH (UBB)

Versions

The BernsteinTicket is regionally divided into the versions BernsteinTicket Nordvorpommern and BernsteinTicket Rügen .

BernsteinTicket North Western Pomerania

The Amber ticket Nordvorpommern is valid in the old district Nordvorpommern on

• the railway lines
  • Ribnitz-Damgarten (West) - Stralsund ,
  • Barth- Stralsund,
  • Stralsund– Altefähr and
  • Stralsund - Grimmen - Rakow and
• the bus routes
  • the North Western Pomerania Transport Association,
  • of local transport Stralsund and
  • of Rügener Personennahverkehrs GmbH in the Stralsund local transport service area.

BernsteinTicket Rügen

The Amber ticket is valid complaints in the old district Rügen on

• the railway lines
  • Stralsund – Stralsund green hooves,
  • Stralsund - Bergen - Binz / Sassnitz
  • Bergen - Putbus - Lauterbach (pier) and
• the bus routes
  • of local transport Stralsund,
  • the Rügener Personennahverkehrs GmbH and
  • of the Verkehrsgemeinschaft Nordvorpommern in the area served by local transport in Stralsund.

The BernsteinTicket Rügen is not valid for the Rasender Roland small train .
