Bertold von Bückelsburg († September 12, 1427 in Brixen ) was Bishop of Brixen .

Bertold von Bückelsburg came from Leidringen in Württemberg, then part of the Bickelsberg parish . He was court chaplain and kitchen master of Duke Friedrich IV , who got him a canonical in Trento. In 1412 he became canon in Neustift in Brixen and was elected provost in the same year at Friedrich's instigation and confirmed by the Brixen bishop Ulrich Prustl .

After Sebastian Stempfl's death , the cathedral chapter, under the influence of Friedrichs Bertold von back mountain, elected his successor. On July 11, 1418, the confirmation was given by Pope Martin V , and Bertold was not ordained a bishop until the following year. In 1419 he held a diocesan synod documenting the abuses in the diocese.

Bishop Bertold died on the way back from the baptism of Duke Sigismund from Innsbruck to Brixen. His tombstone is on the Brixen cathedral facade.
