Bhirkot ( Nepali भीरकोट ) is a city ( municipality ) in the Syangja District in the Gandaki Province in Nepal .

Bhirkot is located in the valley of the Aadhi Khola on Siddhartha Rajmarg between Waling in the south and Putalibazar in the north.

The city emerged in September 2015 from the merger of the Village Development Committee (VDCs) Banethok Deurali , Darsing Dahathum , Dhapuk Simal Bhanjyang and Khilung Deurali . The city administration is located in Bayarghari Bazaar in the former VDC Darsing Dahathum. The urban area covers 34 km².

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Bhirkot had 18,134 residents.
