The Bielsdown River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

geography

The source is three kilometers east of the small town of Fernbrook in the south of New England National Park on the Waterfall Way ( Armidale - Coffs Harbor road ). From there the river first flows east along Waterfall Way to Dorrigo . At the western city limits it turns its course to the north and passes the Junuy-Juluum National Park in the west. At the southern tip of the Nymboi Binderay National Park , it flows into the Nymboida River .

About 1.2 kilometers north of Dorrigo, the river forms the Dangar Falls .
