Bienvenue Basala-Mazana (born January 2, 1992 in Bonn ) is a German football player of Congolese origin. He won the German U-17 national team , the junior 2009 European Championship .
society
During his youth, Bienvenue played for 1. FC Ringsdorff-Godesberg from 1999 to 2004 . Later he attended the sports boarding school of 1. FC Cologne . He played there in several youth departments. Since the 2009/10 season, Bienvenue has also been in the squad of the 2nd team of 1. FC Köln, which plays in the Regionalliga West . In the 2010/11 season he was in the squad of the 1st team, for which he was not used this season.
For the 2011/12 season, Basala-Mazana moved on loan to the Austrian first division club SV Ried . He made his professional debut on July 16, 2011, when he was in the starting eleven in the 1-1 draw against SK Sturm Graz .
In preparation for the 2012/13 season , Basala-Mazana was sorted out by coach Holger Stanislawski from the professional squad and transferred to the second team. But even there it was no longer used permanently. Finally, his expiring contract was no longer extended, which led him to sporting unemployment. In January 2015 he completed a trial training session at the third division team Preußen Münster , which did not bring him any follow-up employment.
In November 2016, Basala-Mazana signed a one-year contract with the Portuguese amateur club GC Alcobaça . For the 2017/18 season of the Northeast Regional Football League , he moved to the Berlin AK 07 .
National team
Bienvenue Basala-Mazana went through several youth selections of the DFB , so he played for the U16, U17 and U18 teams of Germany. He experienced the preliminary climax of his young career in his own country in May 2009 when he won the U17 European Championship. He also scored a goal in the semifinals against Italy. With this success, the team qualified for the U-17 World Cup 2009 , where they were defeated by Switzerland in the round of 16 after extra time.
In September 2011 he completed his only international match for the U-20 national team .
