Bilal Saad Mubarak

Bilal Saad Mubarak ( Arabic بلال سعد مبارك, DMG Bilāl Saʿd Mubārak ; * December 18, 1972 ; † October 27, 2018 ) was a Qatari athlete .

The shot putter set its personal best in 1997 with a throw of 19.65 meters.

Bilal Saad Mubarak qualified for the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona , where he competed in the shot put. His best throw was 16.98 meters; this was not enough to successfully master the qualification and he was eliminated from the competition in 24th place. He also competed in the shot put for his home country Qatar at the 2000 Games and 2000 Games . In 1996 he took tenth place in the final round and achieved a throwing distance of 19.39 meters. Four years later, however, he failed in the qualification.

Bilal Saad Mubarak has taken part in numerous other competitions during his career, winning the Asian Championships in 2002 and the Asian Athletics Championships in 2003 .
