The diocese of Dapaong ( lat . : Dioecesis Dapangoensis ) is the northernmost diocese in Togo , the bishopric in Dapaong .

The diocese was on March 1, 1960 by Pope John XXIII. established with the Apostolic Constitution Ex quo as the Apostolic Prefecture Dapango from areas of the Diocese of Sokodé and on July 6, 1965 by Pope Paul VI. raised to a diocese with the Apostolic Constitution Quod universo . In 1990, following the renaming of the city of Dapaong, the diocese was given its current name.
