The Diocese of St. Clement in Saratov ( Latin Dioecesis Saratoviensis Sancti Clementis , Russian Епархия Святого Климента в Саратове Jeparchija Swjatowo Klimenta w Saratowe ) is in Russia located diocese of the Roman Catholic Church based in Saratov .

The diocese was established on February 11, 2002 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Meridionalem Russiae and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Moscow as a suffragan diocese. It emerged from the Apostolic Administration of Southern European Russia ( Russia Europea Meridionale ) and the now submerged Diocese of Tiraspol .

The diocese has been officially recognized since 2004 and is thus a kind of "registered association". The church has the right to invite foreign guests and to build houses of worship.

The diocese covers an area as large as Germany, France, Spain and Portugal combined. About 21,500 Catholics live here among about 45 million inhabitants.
