Bjorn Ludwig
Björn Ludwig (* 1968 in Offenbach am Main ) is a German author .
Life
Björn Ludwig grew up in his native Offenbach am Main and came to Berlin in 1970 when he was about two years old , where he has lived since then. He completed his school education with a high school diploma and then had an eventful life. Among other things, Ludwig worked as a so-called pusher , passenger control officer and doorman of a brothel . He was also u. a. at a demolition company and as a project manager at a Bed and Breakfast - Privatzimmervermittlung busy.
Ludwig has been a writer since 2000. In his texts and stories he processed his diverse experiences from the world of work and especially from the neighborhood and the subculture scene in Berlin. 2002 appeared in the Lower Saxon Reiffer Verlag Andreas his first prose half Silk hero , who in the edition SUBH since 1993, published by the publishing house Reiffer social Beat - literary magazine SUBH came out. As a late document of the time of the social beat movement, which reached its peak in the mid-1990s and then merged with the slam poetry scene that was developing in parallel in the late 1990s / early 2000s , the book found u. a. Entrance to the German Literature Archive in Marbach .
In 2005, Ludwig's second prose volume, once again , was published by the southern German publisher Killroy Media , in which he tells the tragic love story between a thirty-year-old German "bon vivant" and a Polish boxer who is almost ten years older , while also providing an insight into the demi- world environment and the world of boxing rooms in Berlin-Kreuzberg there. The book received some attention from the public and critics and was reviewed several times , such as u. a. in the online magazine Textem , in the online feuilleton satt.org and in the literary magazine Die Brücke .
In addition, Ludwig published a number of prose texts and stories in various literary magazines, such as u. a. in the southern German literary magazine Wandler .
Björn Ludwig lives in Berlin.
