The Blh (Hungarian Balog ) is a small, 52.5 km long river in the south of central Slovakia .
The river has its source in the Stolické vrchy mountains below the 1121 m high Tŕstie near Krokava and flows mainly to the south. The nature reserve Alúvium Blhu lies between Potok and Hrušovo and reaches the Teplý Vrch reservoir behind Drienčany . Below the dam, in the village of Teplý Vrch , the Blh takes on the right-hand papča. At Veľký Blh the river leaves the mountain system of the Slovak Ore Mountains and now flows in the Rimavská kotlina basin in a south-south-east direction. The Blh then flows past places such as Uzovská Panica , Bátka , Radnovce , Cakov , Ivanice and Zádor , before flowing into the Rimava east of Rimavská Seč .
