The Blind rises on the municipal boundary of Horbourg-Wihr and Andolsheim , crosses under the Canal de Colmar in its upper reaches , flows generally north-east to north and flows into the Ill after 22 kilometers at the town of Ehnwihr , in the municipality of Muttersholtz , as a right tributary . On its way the Blind crosses the departments of Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin .
