action

The not very intelligent blondes Dee and Dawn get to know each other during their first and, at the same time, last flight lesson and, due to their numerous similarities and similarities, they immediately like each other. When they want to apply together as night club dancers, the club owner Louie Ramodie is just murdered by the mafia hit man "Cat".

Since Dee and Dawn set the murdered on fire when attempting to resuscitate them and then flee in panic, they are mistaken for hired killers and partners by the stupid police officers Campbell and Gardenia and the no less stupid Mafia gangsters Swan and Leo. Swan and Leo assign them to "look after" the seedy businessman Wong in Niagara Falls for $ 250,000. Since Dee and Dawn think it would be an escort service, they accept the order. On their road trip they are followed by the real "cat" and their partner, the "kitten", and the police officers Gardenia and Campell. Since the godfather, gang boss Godfather, is dissatisfied that Dee is working with a beginner, he too has her pursued and wants Wong to be murdered by his own people.

The "cat" awaits them at their hotel and plans to kill Dee. Meanwhile, Dawn falls for the gimmick. Dee finds Wong's address and is mistaken for an appointed prostitute. The Mafiosi have already presented themselves as business partners to Wong. Dawn wins a million dollars at the gaming table, while Dee only escapes being killed by the "cat" by luck.

The police officers in the hotel seem strange to Dawn, but then she meets the advertising model Ken, her great love, again. When plainclothes policemen chase Dee, Wong becomes nervous because he thinks they are contract killers. He and Dee flee to his boat. When it turns out that she is not a prostitute, he kidnaps her. Dawn pursues Wong's boat together with the police, the hit men, the mafiosi and Ken. The police can arrest anyone involved. But she believes Dee committed 30 contract killings. The real "cat" admits that she wants to get the fame for her deeds. Dee and Dawn become dancers in Ken's new promotional video and start an orphanage for turtles.

criticism

"A hair-raising unimaginative attempt at comedy in the wake of" Dumm und Dümmer ", which doesn't manage to bring about a single gag, let alone place it."
