Bo Roberson (actually Irvin Roberson ; born July 23, 1935 in Blakely , Georgia , † April 15, 2001 in Pasadena , California ) was an American long jumper and American football player.

At the 1959 Pan American Games in Chicago, he won gold. The following year he became US indoor champion and won the silver medal at the Olympic Games in Rome with his personal best of 8.11 m behind his compatriot Ralph Boston (8.12 m) and in front of Igor Ter-Owanesjan from the Soviet Union (8, 04 m).

From 1961 to 1966 he was a professional football player in the position of wide receiver for the San Diego Chargers , Oakland Raiders , Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins .
