The Bokowa (Ukrainian Бокова ) is a 74 km long right tributary of the Inhulez in central Ukraine .
The river has a catchment area of 1320 km² rises near the village Warwariwka (Ukrainian Варварівка ) in Rajon Dolynska in Oblast Kirovohrad and flows west of the city Kryvyi Rih in the Karatschuniwka Reservoir accumulated Inhulets River.
The average gradient of the river is 1.5 m / km. The Bokowa is on average 10 m wide and 2.7 m deep, the valley up to 2 km wide. The only major tributary is the Bokowenka , 59 km long , which flowed into the Bokowa until 1959, and has now flowed directly into the Bokowa since the Inhulez was dammed up to the Karachunivske reservoir.
