Borghausen is a district of the municipality of Bestwig in North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). On June 30, 2012, Borghausen had 654 inhabitants. Together with the district Alfert belongs Borghausen to town Ostwig .

The district to the south of federal highway 7 borders on Bestwig. A large-scale retail location has been created in the district by converting railway areas. The new Bestwig building area Im Westfeld is located in Borghausen .
