The Bramerit is a river in France that runs in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the western municipality of Brizambourg , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and flows into the Charente as a right tributary after around 24 kilometers at the town of Coulonge-sur-Charente , in the municipality of Saint-Savinien . In the upper reaches, the Bramerit crosses the Chartres – Bordeaux line and the A10 motorway , and the Nantes-Orléans – Saintes line just at its mouth .
