The Budišovka (German Dürre Bautsch ) is a left tributary of the Oder in the Czech Republic.
course
The Budišovka rises on the northwest slope of the Červená hora ( Rothenberg ) in the Domašovská vrchovina belonging to the Lower Jeseníky . The villages Horní Guntramovice and Dolní Guntramovice extend along its course, which initially runs in a north-easterly direction . On this upper course, the brook was previously called the Mühlbach .
The Horní Budišovka ( Wolfsbach ) , which comes from the Wolfsgrund, flows into the Mlžný Kopec ( Fog Mountain ) . There the stream changes its course to the southeast and flows through Budišov nad Budišovkou . On the south-eastern outskirts of the city, the Budišovka is bridged by the railway line Suchdol nad Odrou – Budišov nad Budišovkou . The Rychtářský potok joins about 150 m below the bridge. From its mouth, the Budišovka formed the historical provincial border between Moravia and Silesia .
On its lower reaches the Budišovka forms a deeply cut valley in which there is an old slate mine south of Svatoňovice and the Čermenský Mlýn ( Tschirmermühle ). From this section, the stream forms the border of the Libavá military training area . After 18.1 km the Budišovka flows into the Oder near Hadinka ( Otter Mill ).
