The Bula pod Rysami is a mountain in the Polish High Tatras with an altitude of 2054 m npm below the Rysy .
Location and surroundings
Below the summit is the mountain lake Czarny Staw pod Rysami in the Dolina Rybiego Potoku valley .
Neighboring peaks are the Niżnie Rysy , in whose massif the peak is located, and the Rysy .
At the top there is the Szpara pod Rysami cave .

The name Bula pod Rysami can be translated as the dome under the Rysy .

The Bula pod Rysami is on the hiking trail to Rysy . Since the mountain has a flat summit, which is suitable as a landing pad for helicopters, the Polish mountain rescue service TOPR likes to use it to rescue climbers who have had an accident on the way to Rysy.
Routes to the summit
A hiking trail leads over the summit.
- ▬ A red marked hiking trail leads up from the shelter Schronisko PTTK nad Morskim Okiem 1410 m npm at the Meerauge mountain lake 1395 m npm along the edge ofthe lakepast the waterfall Dwoista Siklawa and then along the mountain stream Czarnostawiański Potok with the waterfalls Czarnostawiańaw Podzlawa to the mountain lake Czarnostawiańska Siklawa 1583 m npm up. The path leads along the east bank of the mountain lake. From there, the ascent in the north face of the massif first leads to the Bula pod Rysami . You can then climb into the Kocioł pod Rysami basin and on a chain- secured path to the top of the Rysy . The ascent from the refuge by the Meerauge mountain lake to Bula pod Rysami takes a good three hours, and the descent over two hours. The difference in altitude is over 600 m from the Meerauge mountain lake and approx. 1,000 m from the parking lot on the edge of the Tatra National Park on the Palenica Białczańska mountain pasture.
