The castle Poding is an Outbound hilltop castle on 840  m above sea level. NHN on the slope of the Stadlberg on the corridor Auf der Leiten or Bergerburgstall , south of Miesbach about 500 meters east of the parish church of St. Agatharied in the district of Agatharied in the municipality of Hausham in the Miesbach district in Bavaria .

Traces of the terrain are still preserved from the former castle complex in the spur position, which was secured in the east by a three meter deep neck ditch .
