Burkinabe national soccer team (U-20 men)

The Burkinabe U-20 men's national football team is the selection team for the U-20 juniors of the West African state of Burkina Faso .

The greatest success was reaching the round of 16 at the 2003 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates . After winning the group against Slovakia, Panama and the hosts, the team lost 1-0 to Canada. Among the players was Aristide Bancé . In qualifying for the U-20 African Cup of Nations in 2011 , the team lost to Benin.

The trainer is the German Rainer Willfeld . The team's nickname is Étalons juniors .
