The Céans is a river in France that runs through the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions. It rises on the Montagne de Chamouse mountain range , in the municipality of Laborel , generally drains east to northeast and, after 22 kilometers, flows into the Buëch as a right tributary at the municipal boundary of Lagrand and Saléon . On its way, the Céans crosses the Drôme and Hautes-Alpes departments .
