history
Today's group of companies emerged from Formatest AG, which was founded in 1985 in CH- Ostermundigen . In 2003 the company was transformed into a holding company under the umbrella of CCS Customer Care & Solutions Holding AG, into which the Asian Elsuma Group was also incorporated. In 2011, the majority of the shares were taken over by the private equity partner Zurmont Madison Management AG, under whose leadership the CCS Group experienced further growth:
- 2011: CCS Group new majority shareholder of Adaxys SA (CH-Mendrisio)
- 2012: CCS Group new majority shareholder of Gohlke Elektronik GmbH (DE-Hildesheim)
- 2014: Merger between the AKAtech Group & CCS Group to form the new CCS Customer Care & Solutions Holding AG
- 2018: CCS Group is taken over by GPV International A / S
