Cacula is the seat of a district of the same name ( Município ) in the province of Huíla . The district was newly created in the course of the administrative reorganization in 2011. The district covers an area of ​​3445 km² with 110,102 inhabitants (extrapolated estimate 2014). From now on, the 2014 census will provide reliable population data.
